Rainy Garden Windows

When it is raining in my beloved garden, I snuggle up inside and quilt. I have my sewing table positioned so that I can see the birds and flowers in my garden as I sew. This weekend was beautiful outside, however, this little quilt demanded my attention. It will be about 35” X 35” when it is quilted.

  1. The transition from the dotted sashing to the watery sashing is like looking through a window on a rainy day-Nice1 I, too, have a window that I can look out into the garden when i sew. Right now the sun is rising and that is my view to the east. have a great day! I am going to a class, "Beauty and Check" and am hoping the fabrics I chose are going to work:)Yours sure did.

  2. The quilt is looking really good!
I like to work where I can watch our birds, too, which is why I end up in my kitchen more often than not.
