A New Year's Finish!

Finally, finally, finally, this quilt is finished!

 
Here is a peek at the fun fabric on the back.

 
The bold plaid is the fabric I chose for the sleeves. I still need to sew those on.

    What a color laden quilt it is! I love those strong colors. The floral part of the backing reminds me of some of the clothes I wore growing up. Hope you're having a great weekend!

    Congratulations on a finish! Feels good. The backing fabric is 'groovy'. Had it been in your stash since the 70's. ha ha

      You are very observant, Barb. The backing is a retro print by Windham called "Feelin' Groovy". I purchased it a couple years ago. The plaid is also by Windham and is part of a collection called Multi Dot. Love those bright, bold prints!
